Addison Public Library
Project that built support for new library, educated staff, generated community and staff awareness, and developed partnerships with members of the community.

Addison Trail High School Library Media Center
Developed awareness of library and introduced new programs. Incorporated brochures, meetings, and marketing materials and other promotional pieces into the project.

Promoted the library’s message through an orientation program directed to board of directors. Included survey, presentations to library and foundation board members, creation of orientation materials, and interactive orientation program.

Bensenville Community Public Library
Project aimed at increasing library card registrations, circulation, and program attendance. Included formation of steering committee, several training sessions for board and staff, new public relations, and training and programming committees, in addition to the creation of a marketing plan.
