Eugenia Bryant - 2008 Lifetime Achievement

For her peerless commitment to customer service and dedication as a mentor, Eugenia has earned the deepest respect from legions throughout the library community. These qualities, along with her collaborative spirit, are what lead Eugenia’s colleagues to describe her as the “quintessential librarian.” Eugenia has expertly and creatively helped patrons and staff traverse the major changes that have taken place in libraries during her impactful career. She has generously served on numerous system, regional, and national committees with the ultimate goal of providing the best customer service a library card can buy. We count on you, Eugenia, to continue to inform us, inspire us, and lead us to an even stronger library future.
