Executive Director's Advisory Council (EDAC)

 

EDAC meets regularly with the Executive Director for the purpose of evaluating NSLS goals and programs, making recommendations appropriate to that purpose, and for otherwise advising the Executive Director.

The council consists of four members, one member to be elected by the academic library members, one by the public library members, one by the school members and one by the special library members and up to six other members appointed by the Executive Director. Members of EDAC serve two year terms to a maximum of six consecutive years.
