12. CALL OF REPRESENTATIVES

13. Library Outreach Committee presentation by Steve Mongaluzzo. Steve will cover a variety of presentation skills such as determining your message, using visual aids and answering questions from the audience. This session will be beneficial to Board members going on library visits and all Board members who speak about NSLS to the general public, legislators and others.

Steve Mongelluzzo has over 25 years of experience in the public relations field. He has worked with senior executives, highly skilled technicians, and customer service representatives to understand the communication process and how to successfully communicate in a variety of situations. His seminars are designed to offer a combination of basic communication skills combined with focused training in a selected area.
